Contracted with most medical aids:
ELM Optometry will do a benefit check before your appointment. Once you have signed for your quote your spectacles will be ordered and the necessary claims will be submitted to the medical aid. If the medical aid by any chance does not cover the quoted amount you will be liable for the shortfall.
Card payments:
We accept debit/credit cards and have a point of sale card machine onsite. (unfortunately we don’t accept American Express)
Cash:
We will accept cash payments but no more than R500.
Payment plans:
- Zero Pay: Interest free plan (Credit check done beforehand, pay in 3 installments but get your glasses immediately- only an admin fee of 5.7% will apply)
- CASH Options: Choose however long you would like to pay off on the glasses. Glasses will be made as soon as you have paid 50% of the total amount but you will only receive the glasses as soon as you have settled your full amount of your quote)
Please note:
- We require at least 50% of your total quoted amount for your order before we will order your glasses.
- You will have to fully settle your account before you receive your glasses.
